Five-stage workflow

From application data to project handover

01

Application review

The engineering brief starts with motor power and speed, output requirement, duty cycle, operating conditions, mounting arrangement and installation limits.

02

Transmission design

Gear stages, shafts, bearings, housing arrangement, lubrication and customer interfaces are defined for the specified operating position.

03

Component production

Large gears, shafts and housings move through the applicable machining, hobbing or grinding, and heat-treatment equipment groups.

04

Inspection and assembly

Specified dimensions, tooth geometry, housing interfaces and assembly settings are checked at defined production stages.

05

Project handover

The completed order is prepared with the documentation and packing scope confirmed for the project.
